GUITAR DUO

Milena Petković and Benjamin Kunkel are a guitar duo based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Both accomplished solo and chamber musicians, the husband and wife duo began performing together in 2018. Their repertoire spans a wide variety of styles, including Renaissance, Brazilian and Spanish music, as well as more modern compositions by Joaquín Rodrigo, Roland Dyens and Carlo Domeniconi. The duo also have a keen interest in Balkan music, which is frequently included in their programs. They have given many concert performances, recently appearing for the Minnesota Guitar Society, GuitarArt Summer Fest (Herceg Novi, Montenegro), and the Cultural Summer of Podgorica festival (Podgorica, Montenegro).
